Atlanta Streets Alive is about closing streets to cars and opening them to the public — for 4 hours — to create a whole new healthy, sustainable and vibrant city street experience, and the OPA will be out in force to help make this day amazing!

Join us on the corner of 10th street and Peachtree street (999 Peachtree st.) for this afternoon of amazement! Our hosts for the day Jamestown Properties has invited us to use their front lawn to set up our aerial rig. We will have stilt walkers, jugglers, magic, and surprise guests!

Then come hang out with the Circus from 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm at the 999 Peachtree buildings side lawn. Also if you see Jamestown people around, give them a big hug, they are doing some amazing things to make Atlanta an arts city!

The Summer of Festivals marches on for the OPA!

Do you want the diversity of a big Festival with the warmth and ease of a neighborhood party?  (*yes) Then join us for the 11th Annual Kirkwood Spring Fling and Tour of Homes. Browse the open air Artist Market in the shade of giant trees. Enjoy the sounds of bands and singers on the main stage. Bring your children to the Kids Area. And grab lunch, a snack, and a beverage from one of our local food vendors.

When the sun starts to set, the fire will begin! Live performance from some of Atlanta’s finest fire spinners 7:30 – 8:30 ish and high 5′s from the OPA’s own stilt walkers threw out the day!
