Well now you can and …you don’t even have to eat fire or dangle from a cable 40 ft. off the ground.
The Imperial OPA invites you to join us as a sponsor of our 2011 season.
This year alone we performed for easily over 5000 people– smiling crowds of young kids, amazed adults, and college students wide eyed with excitement. We have been welcomed with open arms by Atlanta and the surrounding communities. They loved our sophisticated shows in clubs and studios, impromptu performances in the parks and parades, and our cameo appearance on “The Vampire Diaries.” They were awed by our beautiful aerialists, contortionists, acrobats and fire performers and laughed at our elephant, Kazi Majid.
Although Kazi Majid works for peanuts (and really, so do our performers); equipment, costumes, transportation, makeup, and other business costs are expensive. We are committed to keeping the cost of a performance down so that we are a source for accessible, creative entertainment for the greater Atlanta community.
We are seeking to raise $100,000 in sponsorships for the 2011 season. Your support is essential to keep us growing, keep us creative and will allow us to continue contributing to the artistic vitality of the greater Atlanta community.
Your participation as a sponsor makes YOU an important member of The Imperial OPA.
The Imperial OPA Circus is Atlanta’s fastest growing and most loved troupe. We started in 2009 as a small band of performers with an idea, and we have grown to a troupe of over 30 members who have performed at over 26 venues in Atlanta.
Why sponsor the circus?
Our 2011 season will feature 5 major self produced shows at various locations around the city. Beyond this, the OPA will be featuring workshops in circus arts, and will be participating in community outreach events like parades and demonstrations of circus craft. We are currently investigating the possibility of additional shows in locations such as Athens, GA Savannah, GA and Washington DC. Additionally the OPA will be participating in major events such as the East Atlanta Strut as well as other large scale community sponsored events. These are all great locations to have your name seen, and heard.
When you join the OPA as a sponsor you get:

All sponsors receive a laminated card declaring them to be a member of The Imperial OPA.
We will also issue a certificate expressing gratitude and declaring that you are a member of The Imperial Opa.
Here are some levels of participation for your consideration:
OPA Cheer sponsorship level – $1,000.00 (unlimited members)
- Your name in our programs
- 2 complimentary tickets to each of our 5 big solo public shows.
Midway sponsorship level – $5,000.00 (limited to 20)
- We will thank you or your business formally at 3 of our big shows at the beginning and end of our programs
- We will add a small logo of yours to all OPA produced printed materials for 6 months.
- We will add add a small logo to our web page for 6 months.
- And you you will be invited to lunch with the founder and cast member for you and 2 friends.
Ring Master sponsorship level – $10,000.00 (limited to 10)
All the perks of the above level and…
- A larger sponsor logo on our web page for 12 months
- 1 small show for your company or event (4 – 5 performers)
- 1 new prop / piece of circus equipment named after you for the life of that item (such as a elephant puppet or a high flying circus rig).
Producer sponsorship level – $20,000.00 (limited to 5)
All the perks of the above level and…
- 1 show fully sponsored by your company (The Imperial OPA presents “Circus” Sponsored by – “YOU”)
- A Dinner or tea party with the founder and a few performers for you and your friends. (very fun and filled with impromptu performances)
Big Top Sponsorship level – 50,000.00 (limited to 2)
All the perks of the above level and…
- 2 shows fully sponsored by your company (The Imperial OPA presents “Circus” Sponsored by – “YOU”)
- A article on our web page talking about your company
- Your logo on all OPA printed materials for 2011
- Your logo on our web page for a year
- A day training with the circus. We will teach you and a small team ( specify how many) circus arts. (talk about team building – this takes the cake!)
- 12 complimentary tickets to each of our 5 big solo public shows.
Visionary Sponsorship level – $100,000.00 + (limited to 1)
- If you join us as a sponsor at the $100,000.00 level, we will make you an honorary circus member and and part of The Imperial OPA family! You will have our undying gratitude. We will tout your name to everyone. You get everything above and we will add your logo to all press releases produced by us for 2011, a formal (BIG) thank you at the end of all our shows, Your logo and link will be added to the OPA’s web page for 12 months, Your logo and link added to any other print materials, and you will be the sole 2011 sponsor.
